The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    OMG, love these

These einkorn cereal puffs taste just like a cereal I grew up with. They were called Sugar Smacks; I stopped eating them bc they stopped making them. Well, I will be eating this product again; I wish it didn't have sunflower oil, as it is a seed oil. That is the only reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 stars. Ihope maybe in the future you will not use seed oils

    Buying more this time!

The kids and I all give this 5 stars. First thing they asked for was a parfait like on the cover, so thatโ€™s what we did and they gobbled them up. We love as a plain cereal with milk, too. I didnโ€™t buy enough the first time- I only wish they came in larger boxes.

    Organic Einkorn Cereal Puffs

We have just tried this product and we will continue to order it until you cease producing it.

    It's quite enjoyable.

Do you suppose you might offer this product packaged in say 25 oz. or better 32 oz. to the box ? Just a thought,
